1. Use of Our Site

• Our site is for your personal, non-commercial use.
• You agree not to copy, steal, or repurpose our content (that means our menu pics, logos, and cheeky one-liners are off-limits).
• Don’t misuse our site by trying to hack, spam, or cause technical meltdowns. We serve burgers, not viruses.

2. Online Orders & Payments

• All prices are listed in [USD] unless otherwise noted.
• Payment must be made at checkout. Once your order is confirmed, we start cooking — so double-check before clicking that final button.
• We’re not responsible for typos in your order (e.g., if you accidentally order 12 fries when you meant 2, that’s on you — but hey, fries party?).

3. Refunds & Cancellations

• Mistakes happen! If there’s an issue with your order, let us know immediately.
• Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Cheekz Burgers. We don’t usually do refunds for “changed my mind” situations — but we’ll always make things right if it was our error.

4. Food & Allergen Disclaimer

• Our kitchen handles common allergens including milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, wheat, and more.
• While we do our best, cross-contact may occur. If you have serious allergies, please ask before ordering.

5. Promotions & Offers

• Coupons, discounts, and specials are “while supplies last.”
• We reserve the right to modify or end promotions at any time (because sometimes the cheese really does run out).

• The Cheekz Burgers name, logo, brand mascot (“Chef Cheekz”), menu photos, and content are our property.
• You can’t use them without permission, unless you’re posting your meal on Instagram (which we totally encourage — tag us @CheekzBurgers).

7. Limitation of Liability

• We do our best to provide accurate info on our site, but we can’t guarantee it’s 100% free of typos or glitches.
• Cheekz Burgers is not responsible for damages resulting from your use of the site, third-party delivery services, or internet outages.
• Translation: if the WiFi goes down while you’re ordering a burger, that’s not on us.
